I would include more defined loading instructions for the novice. It was easy to install and use, but I cut the top off too close and it had nothing to grab onto. I was able to fix that problem with the help of an experienced user.

The overall product is Great. It's easy to use. Easy to maintain. Small/Compact. Has a good seal to it. My only complaint is that it is and has gotten to be difficult to acquire, especially in an emergency situation. (Which I do have alot, unfortunately). A product should not be discontinued just because the next bigger & better machine has been developed. Our machine still works perfectly! Yet, I feel that we are getting penalized with higher prices of refills and over irritating & time consuming methods of acquiring the product. We say "if it ain't broke, don't fix it"! We just think that a product should be readily available to a consumer as long as there is a need for it. Regardless of how big or how small.
