Comments about Brother® HL-4150cdn Color Laser Printer: Overall, a great buy...the only thing that I am not crazy about is the fact that I can't print envelopes quickly...the printer will only allow envelopes to be fed using the manual feeder, and will only accept about 8 envelopes at a time. When I am doing a print job that requires larger numbers of envelopes (which I do pretty often) I have to do a lot of babysitting. Other than that, though...good speed/clarity on both color and B/W documents.

You will NOT get 25PPM while duplexing with this printer. It took 35 min, 55 sec to print the 421 page Polycom Admin guide (1725-11530-322 Rev A) which is almost all B&W with very occasional color. This comes out to 11.9 pages/min.

Also, to pursue this hobby, I have travelled in 4 states in America and in France, Germany, Austria and Switzerland. I use the Brother HL 4150 to print colored family tree charts and other documents. For this purpose, I get attractive, easy to read printouts which family and friends treasure. This encourages them to add personal notations on the printouts.
