Setup was relatively simple, faxes look great, copies look great. I had another Brother fax for close to 20 years and have finally had to replace it with this one. So, far, it looks like I'll be just as pleased with this new one as I had been with my other one. I bought this one based on the ratings page and I'm happy to add my own in agreement.
