We are very pleased with this Great product. We our a small business that does a high amount of faxing as part of our daily business functions. We were looking for something that was reliable, fast, and efficient. We actually thought we were going to have to spend a fortune and have a huge bulky machine in order to accomplish all of this, but the Intellifax 2920 surpassed all our expectations. We replaced our HP all in one, in which we had been having SEVERAL problems with sending and receiving (or lack there of) with this great product. The Brother machine is faster, quieter, more reliable, more dependable, smaller, and cost less then the junky machine we replaced it with. We wish we would have done this sooner! Great Product and a Super Great Buy.

Had this machine for 3 years, it's worked great up until a month ago and suddenly all incoming faxes jam. The paper starts to pull out of the tray but doesn't get far before it jams. Probably going to have to buy another one at this point, can't imagine it's cost effective to have repaired

We often send multiple-page faxes and this machine handles them very well - hasn't jammed on us at all. Easy to set up, easy to use. Sorry we didn't replace our old one sooner!
