Great Workhorse Fax

We have several of these in our offices, and never have any problems with them. They don't jam or have errors, have good memory & programming functions. A great workhorse fax machine.

Not Recommended !!!

I first used this product as borrowed equipment from a client, it broke twice and they had to replace the whole unit. I thought it was great otherwise and that maybe the unit borrowed was just older or one and a quadrillion bad ones. Eventually we purchased our own, thinking that we'd have a great and fast, high volume fax machine ... nope! This one has broken multiple times and still has issues. I put off replacing it with a new machine because of the drum and toner cost; I had some of both still in stock. Overall, I do not recommend this fax machine, but if you are brave and give it a try anyway ... if you can keep it working ... you have a okay fax machine.
