Brother printer cartridges are expensive...too expensive and the printer will not work unless all cartridges are replaced whether you need the color or not. I just want to print in black...wouldn't work unless I replaced the empty cyan too.

I use my Brothers printer each day and it is not uncommon for me to print up to 100 documents per day. The ink cartridges last a long time, the print is excellant whether in black or colors.

I have honestly never found anything wrong with the cartridges and I've been using them for 7 or more years

Had I known no other ink cartridge would be allowed with this printer, I would NOT have bought it. I am seriously considering another brand, for that reason. Brothers is never on sale!!!

I will not ever purchase a Brother product again. Copier never worked and service rep. was arrogent when I asked for help. Closest server was 3 hour drive away. The company had the attitude that they already had their money and the did not care if I had a workiing copier.
I will let everyone I know that they should not trust the Brother products. They are not fixable.
