Ink replacement

The product is good but there was still ink the cartridge when I removed the old cartridge. The printer registered it as being empty and would not print until it was replaced.

THIS PRODUCT SUX BECAUSE THERES ALWAYS INK LEFT IN THE CARTRIDGE WHEN THE PRINTER REFUSES TO WORK BECAUSE THE CARTRIDGE NEEDS TO BE CHANGED AND IT'S BEEN THIS WAY SINCE THE PRINTER WAS NEW.
