This is a great product. The one thing I don't like about it is the fact that when your printer tells you to change your ink cartridge because it is empty, it's never really empty. You always have ink left in the cartridge, no matter what color you're replacing. Sometimes it seems as if you might even have 1/4 cartridge of ink but your printer will not work if it registers as empty.

I DONT LIKE THAT MY PRINTER WONT RUN WHEN MY INK IS RUNNING LOW AND I HAVE TO REPLACE MY INK WHEN I CAN SEE THAT THERE IS STILL INK IN IT, SOMETIMES 1/2 FULL. EVEN THE CLERK WHERE I RECYCLE THEM NOTICED IT. MY PRINTER REFUSED TO COPY MORE TILL I REPLACED THE 1/2 EMPTY ONE. THE ONLY REASON I USE THIS IS BECAUSE ITS WHAT MY PRINTER REQUIRES. I WILL NOT BUY BROTHER AGAIN.

I run a business out of my home part time. Changing the ink cartridge is very easy but it runs out too fast and leave too much ink in the cartridge. I am asking around and seriously considering changing the printer/fax machine.
