Excellent and easy fax, copy, & print functions. Mine is jam-free. Good scan function; one weakness is the scanner feeder slips a little, so scans often come out crooked, and occasionally blurry. Considering cheap price, is a very good buy. I will buy another as replacement when drum on first one wears out (about 2 years)...drum cost is high vs new machine. Note: Drum functions for a long time after warning comes up.

I work out of a home office. I am connected with my company via VPN connection. I cannot print when I am connected to my company's VPN. After weeks of calls to Brother, they finally admitted that this model does not interface with VPN. Do not buy if you are going to connect to VPN and expect to print anything.
