This is our second Brother® P-touch® labeler, the first one having taken much abuse, but still in good working order. The family's main use for this labeler is labeling airline luggage and our son's adaptive and medical equipment. Tho I hate how expensive the refills are, this is a great product. It makes clear labels (in a wide variety of sizes and styles) that are very durable. It is quite easy to use; even our grade school children can operate it easily.

The labels on this machien are so expensive that I think most uers will quikly put it away. In addition, aside from the most basic uses, it is extremly difficult to operate. The manual is complete, but you must carefully work with manual in hand to do anything at all unuual. It is th elest intuitive product I opwn, and as soon as the first cartidge is out, it goes in the back room, never to be used again.

Easy to figure out. I make lots of homemade natural products for my home and have been using this to label bottles. Also, I have been labeling cabinets and drawers for people who can't seem to remember where things go. So far, so good. No peeling labels even in the kitchen where it's more humid.

        For Christmas my husband bought me model PT 1880. For my nieces birthday he went in to buy her one and they didn't have it, so he bought her the PT-2030. She went crazy making all sorts of labels for her scrapbooking and filing. She loves it and now I will have to upgrade to the same model.

                  Yes, the Brother PT-2030 does print shipping labels. It has 50 pre-designed labels for files, office signage, shipping labels and more. It can print on up to five lines of text with a maximum label width of 0.7".
