The previous identical fax cartridge I bought at Staples did not last long at all (I did not fax any higher volume than usual). I took it in to discuss the matter and the clerk said I had probably used more than I thought, but I did not get to look at the old cartridge well enough to prove that to myself. I assume the clerk was honest and I really like the store, but I went away with a very bad feeling. I wonder if the manufacturer is putting in a less long-lasting roll in the fax cartridge?? I hope this new one will not prove to be as short-lasting. I've been in business 20+ years and I've never had this problem before with a fax cartridge, so you might want to check this product out to make sure Staples is not selling a bad product.

I use this product to do all of my copying and faxing. It is a great product -- never lets me down. I cannot find anything wrong with this product. It has served me well.
