          I own a brother fax 575 machine. I received an error that my ribbon is empty. I am not sure if I should be replacing the refill roll ribbon (item 433204) or should I be replacing the black ink cartridge PC 501 (item 587424)? I am going to be placing my order today via online. Can you answer my question promptly. Thank you.
