This product is a life saver. Being in the Event planning business - last minute changes to the guest list can be hectic but not with this little gadget. i just print the name tags onsite which helps me manage my waste!

I'm glad everybody else seems to have had success with this product and has given it good reviews, BUT... It was fairly easy to set up, but on the second attempt to use the label printer, it jammed, eating a label and forcing little shreds of unremovable sticky paper into the slot for the print head. Dead printer. I tried to clean it, no luck, and the thing is too cheap to send back. It went into the garbage can a week after purchase. There is NO PROVISION other than returning it for repair for a seriously stuck label. Would never purchase again.
