Awesome little machine that does exactly what i needed it to do.! The staples guy told me i couldn't use a continuous roll and cut my labels to my determined length. Well i bought it anyways and I did EXACTLY what he said it wouldn't do. Good thing i didn't listen and did my own research. The software it comes with is pretty easy to use and the machine responds quickly and precisely. Great little machine so happy i bought it.

Needed labels different than those included with product and Staples didn't carry the labels and ordered them elsewhere. Will test product when they arrive.

I have 20 of these, or the QL-570 or , in use in locations around the US.
if you do not follow the installation procedure (i.e. plug in the printer USB cable before being prompted) you may have to download and run the Printer driver information cleanup tool. Not a big deal, but better to follow the procedure.

  No, the printer does no print in color. It only prints in black and white, although if you can buy different color labels to create a color background.

  It depend on what roll do you use.
  For example it comes with "DK-1201 Die-cut Standard Address Labels". You can print 100 labels from it.
