We use this machine to mainly receive faxes for our confidential papers. Works great for that, it just doesn't copy real clear. We use a much bigger copy machine for our business copies. We are still very pleased with the results. Never jams, quiet, easy to use, bought a refurbished machine and would definately recommend it so far!

        Yes. The Brother 4100e includes a built-in feature called Transmission Verification Report. This serves as proof that the fax was sent and includes the time, date, and phone number. It can also be configured to print an image of the first page of the faxed document as reminder of the content.
