The HL-2240 laser printer is designed for homes or home offices. It offers a fast print speed and high-quality output for quickly producing professional-looking letters, reports, spreadsheets and other documents. Makes scraping sounds. Probably why it was 'remanufactured'. Not remanufactured - just repackaged and resold 'defective' to my thinking.

  The Brother EHL-2240 Laser Printer does not have the ability to connect to your network wireless. You will need to either use an ethernet cable to connect to the network, or connect the printer to your computer with a USB cable (not included).

When buying a refurbished item, do you get the full 1 year warranty? I noticed it said it included a 1 year warranty, but is that just until the printer has been purchased a year? Or, will it be a year from the date I bought it, even though it is refurbished.

  This printer has no specific drivers for DOS, and the earliest MS compatible OS they list is Windows 2000 Professional. You may luck out and have it work, however, I would not count on it.
