The product is heavy and bulky, but its a small trade off for a great product with vibrant color prints, fast start up and print speeds. The set up of the printer was quick if the directions were followed. Inserting the toner cartridges was so simple I thought I must have been doing it wrong. I wasn't, it was just easier than expected. Extremely great printer, especially considering the cost!

This is our second unit. It works well for 4-5 toner cartridges then it is done. Not good for Macs printing PDF's, they come out in red no matter what. I put my Mac people on a different printer. I will buy again knowing it will get blurry and the drums will fail after a short time. Buy this one when you need all toner refilled and you will come out ahead.

I use this printer for printing my school documents and invitation design
This printer is easy to setup and use. Color print resolution is good enought even for printing pictures. Only problem for this printer is the noise While printing and first print time
