I am still amazed at how easy this printer was to set up and use. It is replacing a Xerox that had one issue after another and took multiple steps to do anything. This one was able to be added to my network and works on both the Windows and Mac computers on the network. It has only been a couple of months...but they have been happy ones!

I would recommend this printer instead of a inkjet you will get thousands of pages instead of a few hundred with a inkjet and the quailty is great I have had no problems using Windows 7 on this printer

A little slow to warm up but a great value. On best quality mode as good as from the print shop at Staples.[...] dedicated tech support for the MAC environment. The software worked perfectly so we can scan, fax and print in color from every PC or MAC on the network.

I just bought this machine last week and am so happy I did! What a difference this is from the HP ink jet machines I have been struggling with for the past ten years. Setup was a breeze too, just make sure to follow the setup guide and run the software CD on every computer you plan on using with the printer. I have three computers on my network, all using different versions of Windows, and setup was a piece of cake! The machine is sturdy, works very well with envelopes, lable stock and paper and is extremely quiet compared to HPs. An all around excellent choice for a small buisness that needs to use one machine for multiple functions. The scan function is really nice with the ADF and gives you choices of where to store the file. An all around great buy. My life just got a heck of a lot easier! Thanks Brother!

The product comes well packaged and is easy to unpack. The instructions are well documented and set-up was pretty easy, unless you are making this a shared network printer. In that case, If you don't have much IT experience, I would suggest getting some assistance. I was able to set up the fax and some simple capabilities, but realized quickly that a network installation was over my head. If I had planned a stand alone system, it would have been simple.

Otherwise the printer does eveything that I could ask. Even the OCR software, is excellent.
