The machine only printed pitch black paper so it was rather useless as we are a medical practice that relies on faxes sent to us. The only good thing here is that Staples picked it...Read complete review

The machine only printed pitch black paper so it was rather useless as we are a medical practice that relies on faxes sent to us. The only good thing here is that Staples picked it up from our office the next day. We had to buy a full price one at a Staples Store the very same day this piece of junk arrived. Refurbished items are always a coin toss and we lost on this one.
