Right Tool for the Job

I use this product regularly at my office and it works great. It doesn't take up much space, runs relatively quietly, and provides excellent quality printing results. This is my 2nd Brother product, so I was used to the setup procedure, which facilitated an already easy process. This product has been an excellent value. The only potential negative is that it can't be integrated into a network, so when the time comes, I'll have to upgrade to a product that can be so integrated, but for now, it's exactly what I need.

I'm printing a lot of labels. The individual paper feeder only works on occasions with the label sheets.
The printer gives error messages and gets jamed up

A few months ago, I purchased this model to replace my old Brother model. This 4 in 1 model continues to prove itself on a daily basis to meet my extremely heavy usage demands (LOTS of faxing, scanning, and printing). When we needed to buy another printer to replace an old one in the office, I only planned to purchase this model. I highly recommend this model.

Very noisy and unreliable, if your using your printer everyday for work like I do I would not recommend this product. My printer was stolen and I have 8 toner cartridges for this make printer that I didn't want to go to waste. Buying this printer was a big waste of time and money.

This is a great machine. Bought one that has lasted over two years. Wanted another before they didn't sell them anymore so purchased another one. Four months later needed repair which was done fast at a Brother repair place so purchased a refurbished one to get me by and it works wonderful.
