Test chart labels from Excel spreadsheet. The labels print quickly and although the font we use is very small the printing is clear and doesn't smudge or smear.

THIS SIZE LABEL DID NOT WORK FOR USPS SHIPPING AS SALESMAN SAID IT WOULD.WASTED MONEY ON THIS ONE. NEEDED CONTINIOUS STYLE NOT SET SIZE.

          We use this product for delivery labels (detail shipping info) and address labels for envelopes. The fonts in the software are easily adjustable. Overall its use is straightforward, very easy to use and almost never fails. The only downside is labels are sometimes hard to find (not available everywhere), price for it is still a bit high. Yet this product has worked great and does what it's supposed to! Recommend it for personal use or small businesses who would like professional looking labels for their packages and not having to pull their credit cards, etc.

              This was just the machine that I needed to get organized. It was quick and easy and I was able to create the labels on Printshop then download to the machine to print. I only wish it did color as well.
