I have enjoyed simplicity of installation of this product, as well as the high ink yield. Also the worry-free job of changing the toner. I definitely will not get dirty.

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

put in the TN-460 and immediately the notice that
the toner needed replaced - out of ink appeared.
We took it out and gently shook again several time

We took it out and gently shook again several time
re-inserted and same message. Did that a couple of times and gave up and returned to STAPLES to exchange. Never opened up the second box because after realizing that on a BROTHER, the drum needs replacing after about 3 to 4 toners. Well,you can buy a new fax machine (3 or 4 in one) for what a drum and toner cost. So we returned the toner even though the drum had 60% life left, and bought a HP 4-in-one. Thank you.
