The shelf was difficult to raise and lower, didn't articulate, keyboard slipped off, got in the way of my knees under desk. Was akward to type on keyboard that was sitting on shelf. Had Staples assemble desk and shelf so assume they knew how to assemble. Would like to return the shelf and get our money back.
