I have this product at my office, purchased it 3 years ago and i love it. I purchased it 1/7/10 for my home and it was HORRIBLE. I called Bush products and they explained to me that they have 'changed' the product and it is 'made in china'. the design the use everything has been made so poorly. What really upsets me is that staples is still advertising the previous product.

The keyboard tray is entirely unsatisfactory. It was expensive (over $100.) and I was expecting it to be good, but it's small and wobbly. Yes I installed it correctly. It has a nice design in terms of being able to adjust it, but the flimsy and small tray bounces around as you type. There was no sample in the store so I had to buy it online without looking at it. I will have to return it.

I was disappointed in this product. Once installed it did not stay where I set it, and it continually fell into my lap. I felt like when I put any pressure at all on my keyboard it was going to break. Uninstalled it and returned it.
