shopped all over to find this...finally went on line to the manufacturer as i had bought this verson months ago...it was getting old and couldn't find another ipad cover that i liked as much. Great fabric, value, design and price is a bonus.
Only two drawbacks to this case: There are no openings for either the camera lens or the volume button so you have to remove the Ipad from the case in order to use the camera or adjust the volume.
Item is protective, but IPad 2 fits loosely in case. So, when you open folio, IPad is secure inside with a Velcro closure, but moves around in the pouch. Makes it difficult to use some of the button features on IPad.
I bought this as a case for my new Le Pan 970 Tablet. Being about the same size as the original Ipad, my Le Pan fits well into this case. There's maybe a 1/4 inch gap on each side that keeps the tablet from fitting snuggly in place, but I'll add a small spacer to fix the problem. Honestly, the most important thing is durability. This case already protected my Le Pan during one accidental drop. Money well spent.
