Q: I am currently using a different program to create calendars. I do need to upgrade. I create calendars for about 20 staff and 100 clients. These calendars are printed monthly. My current program allows me to save the staff contact info and also the clients contact info and transfers this information to the bottom of the calendar from month to month so that I do not have to re-enter the information monthly.
