However when it arrived it was plain to see the box had been open & to date we have no owners manual, was missing & machine was repackaged.

Had another brand, which was smaller and I hated it - hated the feel of the keypad, everything about it - difficult to replace ribbon. Finally broke - thank goodness. I absolutely love this new calculator - the size and the feel of the keypad - everything about it.
