I teach music/voice lessons out of my home. I also use my copier for a variety of reasons but it helps to have the copier in my home. I know other folks who teach privately and run out to Staples for printing or rely on their printers to copy and print. this is unacceptable to me. I had a 10 year old (older?) copier which served me well but it was time to get a new one. With rebates and special pricing this copier cost me about one quarter of what my original printer cost. AND it does more! Two sided printing, etc. But what I am most impressed with is the scanner. I assumed because it was a black and white copier that it would scan in B & W. But, nooooo, it scans in color as well! I can't tell you how helpful this feature is. I have a scanner on my printer but it takes time and it isn't reliable. With the Canon D1320, I simply place my document(s) in the feeder and with a few selections, send the doc through and voila, I've a saved PDF on my computer (with USB hook-up, included). I'm sure the next generation will be wireless, but for my money, I hope this baby lasts the 10 years that the last one did and I will be more than satisfied. Great for home business.

This copier is just what we were looking for! It is a reasonable price. It is fast in making copies and you can get a product protection plan for the copier. We run at least 250 copies each week and many weeks we run projects that are multiple copies which call for collating. Good copier for a small office.

No problems connecting with computer. Some difficulty with setting up with other programs but the issues were with the programs and IT was able to help me work through those.
