Q: I have a Canon MP250 printer which uses this ink cartridge. My question is, it seems the cartridges are empty or dry. Both Color and black. Can I just install a new black cartridge and will my printer work? OR do I need both to be new for the printer to work? The printer has been in the box for the last year after about 2 weeks of use.
