I called my IP, he concurred, and got a new modem. I called back Canon the next day and got the SAME GUY! Set up was a breeze. Then he walked me through updates since the printer was made before the latest Mac version of Lion OS. This techie was very knowledgable, patient and pleasant. Can't say enough good things about Canon tech support. Buy it for that! Printer is much better than my old Dell. VS Most Liked Negative Review Decent Printer for the Price...
