We Love This Printer !!!!

We need a portable compact printer to capture photograhs and digital fingerprints for the Child Identification business we have. The printer is amazing and while we've only had it a few weeks we are really impressed with the quality and durability. The ink is about what we pay normally, always a little higher but HP is better for a few dollars more. If you need photos or everyday b/w documents and have a small space requirement then this is the printer to get. The only con is not wifi capable but a great enough printer to overlook that.

Printer STOPPED PRINTING!

Unit stopped printing after ink ran-out. Installed NEW ink-tanks.Printer did not work and still not working. I've exhausted all efforts as to correcting the problem,replacement of unit as well as refund. ALL EFFORTS TO DATE HAVE MET WITH NEGATIVE RESULTS. SN#ABCF22574

I own a small business with 10 employees. I'll NOT purchase a Cannon Product in the future.

I carry the printer in a back pack with my computer and work on offshore oil platforms. This is an excellent printer for that as it is pretty light and rugged. My only disappointment is that it seems to use excessive ink.

This is our third Canon Pixma. We travel a lot on business and couldn't live without it. The only problem is that not many retailers carry the printer or the ink. This new IP100 model is a little bigger than the previous ones (negative), but all else is the same or better. Kudos to Canon. Don't ever stop making this little gem!
