        Love using this coffee pot. Fast brew time and keeps coffee fresh. Had to send in for repairs after 4 months use (still was under warranty) and now one year later it is not working again. But still am considering buying another one.

        First one we purchased came in broken got it replaced and it leaked from many different places.

        Would not recommend this Coffee maker to anyone.

          Overall a good machine, nice look and sleek. Brews quality restaraunt coffee in a short period. Love the fact that the stainless carafe is not hot to touch and keeps coffee tasting great much longer than a glass carafe. The addition of an interior filter was a nice touch even if you're using a house in-line filter.

          The handle is a bit bulky and not designed as an actual "grip" style. I know that rinsing the carafe between uses keeps it clean longer but it would be nice if it could be dishwasher safe.

          Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

          I used the previous model of this coffeemaker and loved it. Finally quite working so I purchased the new model. Everything was fine until I poured a cup of coffee. Pot leaks. I am in the process of getting another coffeemaker, not just a pot but a whole maker. Staples is crediting my account and sending me another(new purchase)
