Needed precision cuts in tabloid-size (11x17) layouts and this 18" machine is the perfect answer. Construction appears to be of high quality. The rotary blade cuts cleanly and precisely, even when removing very narrow strips. It's much safer and more convenient, especially in this larger size. The locking rail is a great convenience when working with multiple large sheets.

Q:
I think it is misleading to sell this product when you cannot provide the replacement part. We bought this trimmer at Staples: the only part we are able to purchase is the blade; we cannot find the cutting mat; a very important part. Our sale rep cannot help and after such an investment, we don't want to just throw it away. What do you suggest?
