This last time the blades seem dull....like someone had used them up and then re-packaged them and sold them as new. I have just opened them recently..[...] Not impressed at all with the product now. What have they done to make such a bad product now...when it WAS good before?

                I love the Carl trimmer/blade. It out performs other trimmers by a long shot. I own two - one for cutting and the other for scoring. Due to the high cost of commercial trimmers, I have chosen to use the Carl. As I use the trimmer constantly, I go through the blades more often than I prefer. Need to have a sharp edge to get precision cuts on paper.
