Comments about Casio PCR-T220S Black Cash Register:
I read lots of complaints about this model before purchasing and therefore was hesitant but once I got it and figured out how to program it's been fantastic having gone from a super basic Casio cash register. To void transactions is a breeze and to track purchases and sales by cashier is a snap. I've even started competitions with the staff to see whose sales are higher!

This machine was a good purchase my only complaint is that we weren't able to buy another cash drawer. We have two shifts per day and use the second drawer to avoid customers waiting during shift change so it's a bit inconvenient. My male employees complain that the buttons are a little small for their fingers. Otherwise, I think it looks nice, operates well and wasn't too difficult to program

This is my 3rd register that I had to program myself and while programming is easy the instructions are rather confusing. There are mostly pictures of buttons and many arrows. Once you understand the whole thing it becomes really easy to put name and address or department descriptors in the system. You can program 4 tax rates but there is no separate tax button. If you need just one tax rate use the flat programming mode, otherwise program each department button separately. The greates thing is I can program the highest price that is allowed to be entered. No more accidental mistakes when I'm in a hurry. The downside: you'll need Crazy Glue to fix the coin drawer because the plastic pieces that separate coins fall out.
