Please DO NOT waste your time and money on this product. We spent over 8 hours trying to figure out how to program this register. As soon as you figure one thing out the next thing gives you an error message. Register locked up 6 times.

This is the worst business equipment I have ever purchased in 7 years of being in business. I am so upset and dissapointed with this junk! I will never purchase any type of electronic machine or device EVER again that is made by Casio. I am also upset with Staples for even offering this piece of junk to their customers.

This register SUCKS to set up. It is very hard, and it gives you two sets of directions saying the same way to do something but different ways how to do them and always 1 of the different ways will bring u to something totally different that you don't want! Called Customer Service she helped me set it up. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND. Get a point of sale register.. [*] the rest.

after spending 1/2 the day programing the whole cash register we realized the journal paper does not roll up by it self - we have to hand roll it. I could send it back but I would be without a reg for several more days - after our fiasco with staple getting it ot us it is just not worth it. There is a small motor at the bottom that is supposed to wind it but does not work. The last Casio reg we had had the exact same problem.

I personally like this cash register because of the black color and the blue/green display of the transaction as well as the clear printing ability. This cash register is very easy to set up if you follow the instruction manual. However, I did come across a problem and the 1-800 customer service helpline helped me solve it immediately. The only thing I don't like about this register is that there is only 4 bill holder compartments, not 5. It's a small and lightweight cash register, which makes it look less appealing.

Put it in a closet, still in the box. I have had numerous cash registers over the years. Myself and two employees tried but could not set in up.
Extremely disappointing.

You install the program on your PC with your saved settings and then connect the register via a USB cable.
