      This phone has good qualities; however, it is not what I expected. My previous talking phone annouced callers automatically from the phone book. With this phone you have to manually record the names in the phone that you want announced. I had my previous one for over 10 yrs and when it stopped working, I couldn't find another that was exact, so I settled for this one.
