These cubes are great. I originally bought them for my office that I share with my kids and then decided to clean out my laundry. They are GREAT! Everything now has it's place and I have much more room to work in there. I will be buying them for my kids rooms and my office - Large storage space. One word of caution, the letters on the edges don't necessarily correspond to the piece you need, so just use your head and it will go together fine!

OK but less than I hoped for

Most of the flaws are hidden in its present location, and it looks a lot better than the cardboard cartons that were stacked there before. The fabric drawers look nice, but they aren't quite long enough to hold 8 ½ x 11 papers, never mind folders.
Many of the screw caps fell off.
The screws are soft metal—an electric drill easily destroyed the indentations in the screw head. Now they can't be completely screwed in or screwed out.
The backing is cardboard--really. The unit is supposed to be attached to a wall stud, which I didn't know until I read the instruction booklet. None is available, so had I known, I probably wouldn't have ordered it. However, I put the heaviest stuff on the bottom row, and it seems to stand up OK.
Be careful following the instruction booklet. It's not always crystal clear which is the front view and which is the back.

This is my third ClosetMaid cube. The first purchase was a 6 cube for my son's college dorm. I have purchased a second black 6 cube that helped with reorganizing a closet. I recently started working from home and the white 9 cube gives me the beach look that I wanted.
