The old pump was a problem but the new tip that drops below the horizontal plane of the pump prevents the clog problem. I really enjoy pumping 4 times rather than tearing open 5 of those messy tiny buckets. I have used these well past the suggested expiration without issue and my coffee, hot chocolate, tea, whatever I use it with always taste great as I expect. It also doesn't cool off the drink. The only problem is getting to the bottom. I pop the container open and pour coffee in to swish and finish it off since the pump cannot get the last cup worth of creamer. One potential problem I know little about may be the recycleability of the pump, but could server as a fun creative kids toy after a good cleaning!

I have no issues with the creamer but I found that the pump mechanism doesnt work that well half way into its use. The cream is so concetrated after a short while it gets clogged and eventually gets stuck. The worst part of it is that it is impossible to unscrew the lid and pump, to clean it out. I even tried opening it with pliers and it didnt open for me. I would recommend a different packaging.

I bought this product because a couple of people in my office use FV Creamer daily.

This product seems great in theory but there are a couple cons to be aware of.

1. The creamer that is dispensed is a concentrate so the texture and flavor differ from the single serves. This is more like a heavy syrup.

2. The shelf-life of this product once opened is only 30 days so be sure that you have a whole office of FV Creamer users. We barely used a quarter of it - even with multiple daily users

3. The pump become terribly clogged in a short amount of time, requiring brute force to dispense product - unless you are able to RIP off the top and rinse for 15 minutes, afterwhich the pump mechanism loses some functionality.

I would not recommend this product - just get the box of 50 single serves.

This is great for work. A lot of clients like to have coffee while they wait, and this makes it so easy. No clean up afterwards, and it taste fresh with every pump. Great to not have to take it in and out of the refrigerator all the time. Perfect to leave at the coffee bar! Wish they would make a prettier outside cover, and I just might set it out at home....

While the convenience & taste are great, we had pump problems. The pump became difficult to press and we couldn't remove it to pour the creamer out because we couldn't unscrew the top. So we ended up poking a hole in the container and pouring it into our coffee. Same problem with the Hazelnut and Original.
