      I wish the bottom part was thicker so it would not move around so much; the vibration is nice but a little loud for a quiet office. An additional wider more secure strap would hold it in place better and wish it had batteries since I really don't like keeping it plugged in.

            I love the heat delivery. I thought the messager had roller balls. It just vibrates and it can be noisy in a quiet office. The cord gets in the way at work sometimes. But I'm that satisfied with the heat that I give it a satisfactory rating.

                Comments about Comfort® Massaging Lumbar Back Support Cushion with Heat:

                Provides good lumbar support, but it doesn't massage, it vibrates. Makes some slight noise, too. The cord is too short for a workspace as you can't roll around your space in your chair more than a few inches from the outlet, so I can't comment on the heat, which I was unable to use. I threw it in my car, instead, and used it on a recent road trip. Seat back has to recline considerably to accommodate unit so your back won't rest on the seat, but it will support your lumbar for a time, which takes pressure off your back. Doesn't strike me as being terribly safe, however, if you were to have an accident.

                    This back support plugs into an outlet and does not take batteries. I apologize, we do not have a measurement for how hot it gets.

                    This unit heats up with AC and DC adapters for use in the car or in the home, but it does not take batteries. The maximum heat is 90 degrees F.
