I am very happy with the purchase of this chair. [...]Hubby put it together, he was impressed by the quality parts used in the chair assembly. I have a back 'problem' and this chair makes it very comfortable for me to sit at the computer desk. It is a nice looking chair for extra guests to use, fits right into my home color scheme too. The only thing that surprised me is the color. It is not as white as the online photo appears, it is a beige shade.....but I still like it!Luv the armrests, very comfy.

I really loved this chair. I love the color and ths softness of the microsuede fabric. Unfortunatey, the base is not very sturdy. In just over 3 months one of the casters busted out of the plastic base.

A piece of the base that holds the caster busted out and the caster just falls out of the slot. Needless to say, the chair is now useless.

This was my favorite chair of all the office chairs I've ever owned. I would like to see this chair with a metal base instead of plastic and I'd be willing to pay more for it.

I purchased this chair based solely on the color matching my other office furniture. Big mistake! The lack of seat padding caused me to develop sciatica pain. As another poster stated, I wish I would have tested this chair in the store before purchasing it. I'm going to donate it to charity because of it being so uncomfortable. Also, the back is not adjustable.

I should have returned this to the store but am 2 hrs away and didn't realize I only had 14 days to do so. Defective chair seat can't be lowered or raised. The arm is wobbly - have tried tightening it several times. What a waste.
