This chair is plush leather business chair. Straight out of box to free standing in 20 minutes no extra tools needed. I read the easy to read instructions and had it together fast. I weigh 360 lbs and it felt as comfortable as the best chairs I have ever set in.

My company Initially purchased the first one. After 5 month, both arm rest where shaky, and the chair was stuck at lowest position and could not be adjusted to stay at any height level, and creaks when tilted back.
Called company: They sent a replacement on December 14,2012.
In February, left arm rest already shaky, and the chair creaks when tilted back. Im under 275lbs. I feel uncomfortable having to bring this to my bosses attention yet again, and haven't done so yet. I'm Not pleased with the quality of this product. It would have been nice if this chair was as "heavy duty" as described. The Only postive thing that I could say about this chair is that it's attractive.

    I have purchased many cheaper chairs and none lasted more then a year.
    None were as well built as this chair and none were as comfortable as this chair.
    I spend several hours a day siting in this chair and it is one of the most comfortable I have owned.
    If I have any complaint at all it would be, a little more padding in the seat area would be nice.
    I would highly recommend this chair to anyone.
    It is tough well built and heavy duty especially nice for a larger person like myself.
    Buy one I promise you will like it.

      The chair is not as comfortable as I had hoped. It arrived with a missing part so I had to call the number provided with the packing slip. Don't waste your time calling as no one picks up. I did get in touch with the company via email and the part was received a few days after the chair had arrived. The chair does look good and the headrest is a plus. I'm 6'4" and 240 pounds and the chair does fit me well and provides good support.

            The seat to floor measurements "20-1/2" - 24-1/2"H" measure from the seat cushion to floor, 20-1/2" being the lowest range the seat can be adjusted to, and 24-1/2" being the highest range the seat will adjust to.
