This chair is plush leather business chair. Straight out of box to free standing in 20 minutes no extra tools needed. I read the easy to read instructions and had it together fast. I weigh 360 lbs and it felt as comfortable as the best chairs I have ever set in.

Poorly made parts but quick on warranty

The frame where the caster joins uses a pressed in sleeve. The Sleeve came out of the frame, which makes the caster fall out. Warranty replaced the parts, and I included the seat ...Read complete review

The frame where the caster joins uses a pressed in sleeve. The Sleeve came out of the frame, which makes the caster fall out. Warranty replaced the parts, and I included the seat plate and piston. Good thing too, when the frame came in I discovered the seat plate sleeve was also broken which made the chair wiggle side-to-side.

But all new parts so maybe another 6 months? Would not purchase again.

It was not hard to put together but the big parts were kind of heavy and I needed my daughter to help me so you may want to make sure you have someone else around.

I'm 6'2" and was looking for a chair with head support. Normal office chair backs were too low. This has an adjustible head rest which is perfect. Because this chair is for BIG people the padding is firm and will last longer than normal.
Very happy with this purchase.....
