it is a good chair for the price. it is hard to change it from low back to mid back. the plug makes it difficult.the cord gets caught up around the chair when you keep it plugged in. but as for all else it is a great chair.

I use this chair in my home office. The reversible heat and massage is a bonus for a chair in this price range. I thoroughly enjoy sitting with the heat and massage on, but it could use a little more cushioning! Bottom Line: I like it!!!
