I ordered two of these units-I have had another, that I did not set up. They both arrived,no instructions on assembly. Staples CS could not help, Mfr. website down. I called Costico and they had no instructions and said I should call Staples. Finally a gentleman at Costico was found to send the instructions

IF YOUR NOT HOME WHEN STAPLES DELIVERS, THEN YOU TAKE A CHANCE WHEN YOU OPEN THE BOX AND PIECES ARE BROKEN, TOO BULKY TO TAKE BACK TO THE STORE.

These shelves worked great for our inventory. Beware that the legs fit really really tight into the holes. Light, gentle hammering is needed. No matter how gently you hammer (rubber mallet) you will probably crack a couple of the holes.
