I bought this paper because it was a good value. I donate paper to my son's school due to budget cuts...they're always in need. I didn't feel that this paper is as advertised as bright white and the weight of the paper seemed off too. When I printed on it, the text showed through a bit to the other side. I didn't bleed through, but the paper seemed thin and a bit transparent.

  I used copy paper (92 brightness)and my laser printer started having problems with paper feed. I went back to 96 brightness and the problem stopped.
  The less expensive paper is tempting.

  This is standard copy paper and would not be recommended to use with a Laser Printer

  This is regular multi-purpose paper for any printer, copier, fax, etc. which uses single sheet paper (as opposed to continuous computer paper). It has always worked FINE in all our laser printers. Don't let Staples or anyone steer you to more expensive paper.
