      Another software disappointment. If I could return this for a refund, I would do it without hesitation.

      I am using it on a very powerful new Sony Vaio laptop. It looks pretty on the screen, but guess what? There's no instructions to tell you how to use it. The "help" button is typical, and the best you can do is select each category and either write down the instructions or print them out. The "it's so easy" is a bunch of bunk. How can it be easy when it tells you to just go the (whatever) screen and click on a button and the magic begins when there is no information on the screen to tell you how to get to that screen. What a waste of time, and so frustrating. Plus, the titling ability & special effects are limited to only a handful of stuff. My clunky, contrary Pinnacle Studio 9 is far more powerful than this worthless program. If you go to their website, the tutorials only cover the more expensive versions, which add more effects. There is no manual to download, no instructions for this version. I see why Staples is having a clearance sale on this.

        This program was recommended by a STAPLES EMPLOYEE! It had blurry photos once transported into the program. Horrible quality! When trying to call customer suppport they are closed most of the time! When trying to talk to a Staples IT guy, says I need to uninstall it and then reinstall it!! Thanks Staples for this quality product! I am so sure I will buy from you again. ( NOT REALLY)I tried to give it a zero star but the site wouldn't let me.

                    Installed the disk and most of the installation was via the coral download and installation. Took a long time. then I had difficulty getting it to run. I uninstalled it the next day. It took hours to uninstall. My audio system still does not work.i had great hopes for to program. I purchased another more complex program and it runs great and is stable. Perhaps there was something wrong with the downloaded data that caused the problems. I had to keep the program because I had it for quite a while before trying to use it. My loss, staples gain, I guess.

                      Getting the media in the application was easy, but that is where the problems began. There is no on-screen instructions or an intuitive interface to get you start editing or just splitting a media strip. Once you get into the express editor, the icons are difficult to see on the screen and very unclear as to what they do. Other than being able to split a part of the media you are at a loss as what you can do from there. In fact I gave up and went back to a 6 year old version of Adobe Premiere Elements to get my job completed.
