I had intended to use these speakers via Bluetooth connection to my iPad as well as to listen to music stored on my PC laptop (which is bluetooth enabled). The connection to my iPad was seamless. Sound quality from the iPad was so-so.

Connection to the PC was brutal and the instructions were of little help. When I finally did get the speakers to work with my PC, the range of the bluetooth was inadequate (apartment dwelling - from one room out to another) and the speaker frequency response range sounds mediocre at best (although the specs say they are full 20-20,000). Although I can now listen to music in this room from my computer in the other room, the sound quality does not make it an exciting experience.

I would have preferred to spend more and end up with a better quality speaker.

(By the way, I gave it 3 stars instead of 2 because the option to use a wired connection as well as bluetooth is a plus.)
