I do a lot of writing and I feel the ink in the refills ball up and smear way to early in the life of the refill, I have never ran a refill out of ink. I cannot use another type of refill because I have to make carbon copies of most things.

Put in the new refill when I got it; 2-3 weeks ago. Use it just at my computer desk. Today I used it, and my first though was "I have to be replacing the refill soon", then I realized I just did it!
Can I get it replaced for a good, working fine blue refill?

I had to exchange the refills because they skipped and were so scratchy when writing.

Also, the last ten or so medium blue Cross refills have started leaking soon after using and long before they were empty. Very frustrating.

I am soooooo happy that this ink refill fit my Snoopy pen. (I have a huge collection of Snoopy and the Peanuts gang.) I've had this pen for 20 years and have been looking for refills without success. I even emailed Stylus and got NO RESPONSE!! This made my decade!!!

Not always the usual Cross quality as the refills are now made in China. Short ink supply and skips like there's no ink left until you scribble a lot and get it going again. Works best if you write with the pen straight up and down - perpendicular to the paper. Totally unacceptable.
