I was given my chrome cross pen as a gift 20 years ago, never changed the refill, thought it would last forever. Like everything else, I needed to eventually refill and now I ask why I waited so long. It works as good as DAY 1, I expected quality and value and received just that. I will shop at Staples.com again in the future, sooner than later. Best move I made.

I use these pens on court documents. The ink clumped on the end of the pen, got smeared on my hand and went all over the paper. VERY disappointed in the refills. I thought a better brand of refills would not cause this problem. Had better quality with stick pens. I use two pens in court, bought refills for both, both of them leaked. NOt the first time this has happened.

Used this Cross pen all the time before getting the refills, and now, I can't use it at all. I bought the pen from you to begin with, several years ago, and thought I'd keep it forever. What happened? Has the size of the refills changed? Have the pens changed so that the refills don't fit? Please advise. Neither of the refills I bought, works for me.
