This pen feels "well built" - it has a little bit of substance and weight to it. It writes like most other ballpoint pens. It looks impressive, if subtle.

Q:
Can Staples engrave this pen with one name in block style, similar to engraving done at the official Cross website? If not, can it be sent to Cross, or elsewhere for engraving? If yes, is that accomplished before delivery or will it need to be taken to a Staples facility? Thanks.

  This pen can be sent to Cross who can engrave it for a small fee. Staples does not offer engraving services on single items.
